I visited for the first time for Oligio, and the experience was great. Even though it’s still early to see full results, my skin already looked slightly more lifted and “snatched” the next day.
Because of that positive experience, I returned a few days later for a skin booster. I felt very comfortable at the clinic—it didn’t have that “factory clinic” feel despite being quite busy. What I especially appreciated was that there was no hard selling or pushy upselling.
One thing to note is that they do charge a consultation fee if you don’t proceed with treatments other than boosters or Botox.
The doctors seem experienced and skilled, and they were very gentle and communicative throughout, which made me feel at ease. The front desk staff were also kind and explained everything clearly.
Overall, a very reassuring and pleasant experience.

It was my first time at VS Line Clinic and I am so glad I did proper research beforehand because I absolutely did choose the right clinic.
From the welcoming, to the consultation and than to the treatments- everything was perfect.
My assigned Beauty Beauty Expert was very helpful in confirming my decision about what treatments to choose. I never felt pressured into anything which makes VS Line really stand out.
I did asked for Dr. Jung to perform my treatments and I am glad I did, she is extremely knowledgeable in her field and made me feel very comfortable the whole time.
Special thanks to my translator Jeanie who was absolutely wonderful and made the whole experience even better 🩷
Absolutely recommend VS Line Clinic and will definitely come back when visiting Seoul the next time.

This was my first visit to an aesthetic clinic, and I chose VS Line Clinic during my trip to Seoul after seeing so many positive reviews. The clinic is very conveniently located and easy to access by public transport.
From the moment I arrived, the customer service was exceptional. Coordinator Minnie was warm, professional, and extremely helpful in identifying my areas of concern. After a thorough consultation, we decided on 500 shots of Ultherapy.
Dr. Seol was friendly and professional, constantly checking in on me and clearly explaining which areas he was working on. The numbing cream was extremely effective—the treatment wasn’t painful and only felt like a very slight electrical tingling sensation.
It has now been four weeks since my treatment, and I’m truly happy with the results. My face feels more lifted and defined, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend VS Line Clinic to anyone considering aesthetic treatments in Korea.

Enjoyed my treatment at VSLine Clinic including d'Alba vita toning care products
Edit: Ok, now that I'm out of here, I can leave my honest review. (I agree w the other reviewer below who mentioned they believe the rating is inflated and they felt pressured to leave a 5 star review while in the stores presence to unlock the "add-on" treatment and products.) Within the first 20 minutes of being here, upon hearing they have some special "review us and get free X" deal, my brain was screaming "Nooo, abort!!!" because that is NOT what I want to hear upon entering the clinic that I chose in part because of its high reviews.
I was honestly pretty sketched out by this place. That was not very luxury by any stretch of imagination. I booked here despite a clear markup in prices compared to other clinics because VSLine appeared to be known for its more customized, anti-factory approach, and I was willing to pay a premium for safety and quality.
First, they never asked me to fill out an intake form which I thought was very odd and frankly a bit unsafe. So nowhere could I specify my allergies, existing products I use on my face, medications I take, etc - and check for contraindications, etc. This feels bare minimum for a medical establishment and was a thing in another Seoul medical wellness clinic I visited? I suppose I could have paid an extra 30,000 KRW for a consultation but my impression is that experience still would be rather generic.
Second, the actual experience of the service. I paid 77,000 KRW for an aqua peel and it sucked so much lol. The person slapped some toner on my face and ran over my skin with the vacuum suction device for all of about 1 minute, then left and called it a day. Wow. I mean I knew that it was a cheap facial compared to prices in the US but I wasn't expecting less than 10 total minutes of manual labor overall.
Later, she started numbing my face with numbing cream (which I was also super sketched out by. What if I had had a lidocaine allergy? Again, they never asked or checked for this.). I asked what this was for and the esthetician couldn't respond, and the translator had left by this point so I was just stuck with my face slowly going numb for no apparent reason.
They left me like this for 30 minutes, at which point the numbing cream was wiped off and I was shepherded over to the room to do triple pico toning. The doctor laughed and said that the lasers literally feel like nothing, and that numbing cream is way overkill. Needless to say, I was not too impressed, and would have elected to skip a medically unnecessary step if I had been given the option. At least the doctor was fluent in English so I could converse with him throughout.
Lastly, I was taken back to the facial area to do "aftercare" which consisted of misting a toner, applying a sheet mask, and doing LED lights. Ok.
Then, finally, upon the exit procedure, I was instructed to leave a review which has to mention the d'Alba product line and the clinic name in order to redeem a bag full of samples.
Also, they gave me a small aftercare cream, but at no point did anyone in person tell me that this cream contains steroids, which also seems like a medically significant detail to mention.
Finally, at one point, my translator - who had been sitting very close to me and talking to me - who was very sweet by the way - casually mentioned that she was feeling a little sick...which is also not what I want to hear after I've had a medical procedure done in close vicinity to someone for two hours??
I'm really glad I chose to not do Botox here...and just did the more mild procedures.
TBD on my skin results, so far, the good news is all seems fine, but the service, quality, and standards left a lot to be desired.
